In 1995, Changzhou Hi-tech Chemicals Limited was established as a trading company in pharmaceutical intermediates. Today, the company has developed overall capabilities in marketing/sourcing, R/D and manufacturing for of API intermediates.

From the beginning, the company has emphasized the technical aspect of intermediate business. We are not simply buying and selling chemicals available in the market. Instead, we involve in all stages of customers supply chain management. We audit suppliers, check quality, arrange on-time shipment, offer technical document, and most importantly, take all financial responsibility in case products are rejected by our customers.

In the past decade, we have built our strong reputation through constant and committed professional services.

In our R & D laboratory, there are 15 chemists doing new molecule synthesis and process development. In the past 12 months, over 100 orders of new molecule synthesis have been delivered. In addition, we have established longterm cooperation with well-known universities and institutions, such as Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry and China Pharmaceutical University.

In the manufacturing part, we will complete the construction of a new plant with 15,000 square meters in the first quarter of 2005. The factory will dedicated to custom manufacturing and advanced API intermediates.

We will adopt GMP concept, follow high environmental standards and maintain safe and healthy working conditions for our people.
